Wags To Riches Team
I’ve been grooming since I was a child and have been with Wags to Riches since the very beginning. Grooming is in my blood—my mother inspired me to join this industry, and over the years, it has become more than just a career.
Being part of Wags to Riches allows me to find the good in those around me and push them to be the best versions of themselves, both personally and professionally.
I specialize in terriers, hand-stripping, show grooming, and creative styling, but I’m best known for rehabilitating pets that have had bad experiences in the past. I also love working with puppies to ensure they enjoy grooming for life. My favorite breeds to work with are terriers and dogs labeled as "aggressive"—I believe every dog deserves a chance to feel safe and understood.
My best advice to pet parents? Trust your pet. If they don’t like their groomer, there’s usually a reason.
I’d describe my grooming style as safe, detailed, and loving—always prioritizing the pet’s well-being. When I’m not grooming, I keep busy spending time with my wife and daughter or working on cars, furniture, and anything that lets me work with my hands.
I’ve been grooming since 2021 and have been part of the Wags to Riches team for four years. What started as a new adventure quickly turned into my passion and career.
I love the flexible, efficient schedules and the support from my amazing coworkers and management. My specialty is round and fluffy styles, and I’m always working to improve my breed cuts and handling techniques. I especially enjoy grooming Poodles, Doodles, Maltese, Cavaliers, Bichons, Chihuahuas, and Shih Tzus.
One thing I always tell pet parents is that nutrition plays a huge role in skin and coat health.
I’d describe my grooming style as cute, functional, and stress-free—making sure each pet is comfortable and happy. When I’m not grooming, I enjoy reading, spending time with family, and exploring craft fairs and markets.
I’ve been grooming for over four years, all of them with Wags to Riches. I originally got into grooming because I wanted to learn how to properly care for my own dogs, but it quickly grew into a career I love.
What makes Wags to Riches special is the found family I’ve found here—this company genuinely cares about its team.
I enjoy working with Corgis, Aussies, and Doodles, focusing on a calm and gentle approach to grooming. My best advice for pet parents? Brush your dogs regularly—it makes all the difference!
I’d describe my grooming style as calm, soft-touch, and passive, ensuring pets feel safe and comfortable throughout the process. When I’m not grooming, I love creating art.
I’ve been grooming for two years, all of them with Wags to Riches. My background is in daycare and boarding, but I stepped away from the industry to attend university. Grooming became a passion for me after my own dog had a troubled history with groomers—I saw this as an opportunity to help him overcome his fears while learning an entirely new skill set.
What I love most about Wags to Riches is the teamwork—everyone is always willing to help, whether it's on the job or outside of work.
Recently, I’ve developed a love for working with senior dogs. At first, I was nervous about handling them too roughly, but they’ve taught me that sometimes you just have to slow down and roll with the punches. My favorite breed to groom? Aussies! Just when you think you know the breed, one will always surprise you with a new quirk.
My best advice for pet parents? Brushing your long-coated puppy regularly is the first step to building a healthy relationship with your groomer.
I’d describe my grooming style as eager to learn, transparent, and caring. When I’m not grooming, you’ll find me playing Dungeons & Dragons with my friends.
I’ve been grooming for 15 years and recently joined the Wags to Riches team. From the start, I’ve loved the supportive, family-like atmosphere here!
My passion for grooming started when I was young—I remember watching my grandma drop off her dog at a grooming salon, and I’ve been fascinated ever since. Now, I specialize in Japanese fusion grooming, creative grooming, full-body scissor work on fluffy dogs, and fun, unique Poodle styles.
Poodles and Poodle mixes are my favorite breeds to groom because they allow for so much creativity and personality. My best advice for pet parents? Always check the ingredients in your pet’s food—it makes a big difference in their coat and overall health.
I’d describe my grooming style as unique, puppy-like, and soft-lined, always aiming for a polished yet natural look. Outside of grooming, I love watching anime, playing video games, and rolling dice in Dungeons & Dragons!
I’ve been grooming for 2 years and recently joined the Wags to Riches team. Grooming has been a dream of mine since I was a child—I’ve always wanted to work with dogs, and being able to turn that passion into a career feels incredibly rewarding.
What I love most about Wags is the teamwork. There’s no conflict or competition, just a group of people supporting one another and doing what’s best for the pets in our care. That environment makes it easy to show up every day excited to do what I love.
I specialize in poodle cuts and teddy bear trims, and my favorite breeds to work with are poodles and doodles. My grooming style could be described as creative, artistic, and cute—I enjoy finding little ways to highlight each dog’s personality in their look.
My best advice for pet parents is simple: book your dogs regularly and stick with the same groomer. Building consistency helps your dog feel relaxed, comfortable, and bonded during grooming.
Outside of work, I love going on nature walks with my son and my Shiba Inu, Kujo. They keep me grounded and remind me why I chose this path—because life is always better with dogs.
I’ve been grooming for just 2 months and recently joined the Wags to Riches team, where I’ve already felt so welcomed and supported. My journey into grooming started with my own Australian Shepherd, who inspired me to turn my love for dogs into a career.
What I love most about Wags is how kind and fun everyone is—it truly feels like a team that’s always willing to help each other. That kind of environment makes learning and growing so much more enjoyable.
Bathing has become second nature to me, and while grooming is still new, I’m excited to continue developing my skills every day. Australian Shepherds are my favorite breed to work with, and I love seeing their personalities shine through.
My best advice for pet parents is simple: brush your dog regularly and handle their feet at home—it makes the grooming process so much easier and less stressful. And yes, one of the most common questions I hear is, “Can you take the nails as short as possible?”
Outside of grooming, I enjoy gardening, hiking, riding my 4-wheeler, swimming, and shopping. These hobbies keep me balanced and bring me joy, just like working with dogs does.
I’ve been doing basic grooming for about 2 years and recently joined the Wags to Riches team. From day one, I’ve felt incredibly welcomed—the team is supportive, encouraging, and truly invested in helping me grow.
My passion for animals started early, and while working at a doggy daycare, I found myself gravitating toward the bathing area. Watching the groomers inspired me, and I knew I wanted to take the next step. That’s what brought me to Wags to Riches—the perfect place to build my ski ls and begin my grooming journey.
I love working with Australian Shepherds and Chihuahuas, and in the future, I hope to explore creative grooming with fun colors and patterns. I’d describe my grooming style as fun, calm, and upbeat. I’m always singing to the dogs while drying—it keeps the energy light and helps pets feel more relaxed.
The most common question I get from pet parents is about how long a service wi l take. I always aim to provide clear expectations while keeping each pet’s comfort in mind. My advice to pet parents? Make sure your pet feels at ease with their groomer—it’s key to a great experience.
Outside of grooming, I enjoy playing video games and spending time recharging for another day with the pups.
I joined Wags to Riches in August 2025. I’ve always loved dogs and people, so working at Wags has been the perfect fit for me. I grew up with dogs, and I love being around them every day while getting to know their families.
I enjoy being part of the Wags team because it truly feels like a family. I look forward to coming in each day, seeing the dogs, and working with a team that is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I also love that I’m constantly learning something new about dogs.
While I’m not a groomer, one of my strengths is giving extra love and attention to pets who need it. I greet every pet parent and pup with a big smile and make sure they feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
I especially love when Chihuahuas and other small dogs come in for their appointments. One of the questions I get asked most often is how long a groom takes. I usually tell clients we need about four hours so we can keep each dog calm, comfortable, and stress-free.
My advice to pet parents: spoil your pup — they deserve it!
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the movies, watching crime shows with my sister, traveling to Wisconsin to visit family, and spending time with my dog, Tilly.
I’m not a groomer, but I’ll jump through hoops for my groomers and clients! As the Client Service Manager, Scheduler, and everything in between, I help keep Wags to Riches running smoothly.
I joined three years ago to support my spouse, Dean, in growing a successful business while having the flexibility to be home with our daughter. What started as a practical decision quickly became a passion, and now I couldn’t imagine my life without it. I love the community we’ve built in NWA and the relationships we’ve formed with our amazing clients.
What I love most about Wags to Riches is that it’s family—our team shows up for each other, both in and out of work.
I may not be behind the grooming table, but my specialty is helping clients—or, as I like to call them, friends! Even though I haven’t met most of them in person, every time I text about scheduling, it feels like catching up with a friend.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, hearing my daughter’s laughter, and traveling to Asheville, NC.
I’ve been with Wags to Riches since before it even had a name. During the early days of COVID, we saw a real need for mobile pet grooming in Northwest Arkansas and decided to take a leap—buying and outfitting a grooming van before we even had a groomer on board.
As we prepared to launch, I began connecting with local grooming professionals and eventually found Dean, who joined us just weeks before we officially opened. Since then, Dean has not only helped us get off the ground but has played a huge role in training our team and shaping the high standards we’re known for today.
What I love most about Wags to Riches is our team—we’ve built a family-first culture where everyone goes above and beyond for one another. It’s something I’m proud of every single day.
At home, I’ve got two dogs of my own: a Lab and a Husky-Lab mix, and they’re a huge part of my world. Outside of work, you’ l find me spending time with my family, swimming, or shooting hoops.
My best advice for pet parents? Just give Wags a shot—you’ll see why so many in our community trust us with their furry family members.
